Eastern African International College (EAIC) is a privately owned higher education institution dedicated to excellence in education, training, and community service. The college was originally established in 2000 E.C. as East Africa Health Science College, with the mission of delivering level-based TVET programs and producing skilled and competent health professionals.
In 2010 E.C., the institution was renamed Eastern African International College (EAIC) to reflect its expanded vision and broader academic scope. EAIC is accredited by the Harari Regional State TVET Agency and offers diverse programs in both health and business fields, including Nursing, Pharmacy, Druggist, Midwifery, and Management.
Since its establishment, EAIC has played a vital role in producing qualified professionals serving communities across Harari and surrounding regions. In 2013 E.C., the college expanded further by launching Bachelor’s Degree Programs (BSc & BA) in Nursing and Management.
Our mission is to produce competent, ethical, and highly skilled professionals in health and management fields who can effectively address community and socio-economic challenges through high-quality education and practical training, active engagement in research and innovation, and strong commitment to community service and collaboration.
Our vision is to become a leading center of excellence in health sciences, management education, and research in Eastern Ethiopia.

The college provides accredited and recognized programs, supported by qualified and experienced instructors. Our training approach focuses on practical, skill-oriented learning, ensuring that graduates are well prepared for the job market. EAIC offers a wide range of programs in both health sciences and business fields. In health sciences, programs include Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, and Druggist training. In business and management, the college offers programs such as Management, Business Administration, and Accounting and Finance, at both level and degree levels.
